Tuningserver.works is file service software for chiptuning businesses, made in Duisburg, Germany: your customers upload ECU files, buy credits, pay online and message you – in your own portal on your own domain. It is built for tuners, tuning workshops and file service providers who modify files for dealers and workshops. It was developed by Dennis Wiese of DMW-Performance.

Yes. Your portal runs on your own domain or a subdomain, securely encrypted and with www if you like. You set your logo, company name and prices; we agree the colours with you. E-mails to your customers carry your company name, and replies come to you. For your own domain, a one-time entry at your domain provider is needed; we take care of connecting it.

Yes. Slave files from Autotuner and Alientech KESS3 (OBD, bench and boot) are handled right inside the order: your team gets an editable file, and your customer gets it back ready to flash. You need your own account with the respective manufacturer; we enable the feature for your portal. You handle files from other tools, such as KESS2 or K-TAG, as usual.

Yes. Your customers buy OLSx credits directly in your portal, and the credits are added to their WinOLS account automatically. You download the vehicle and order data ready for WinOLS instead of typing it in. You need your own EVC account, and your customers add their WinOLS customer number to their profile.

Calibration Intelligence processes suitable orders automatically and sends the finished file to your customer, at night and at weekends too. You switch it on and off separately for master and slave files and set the waiting time before delivery. If an order doesn’t fit, your team handles it as usual. The automation is enabled per portal and billed from a separate balance that you buy in advance.

Your customers buy credit packages in advance and pay for their orders with them. They pay online by card, PayPal or Mollie, and with iDEAL or Bancontact if you enable them. The money goes straight to your own merchant accounts with these providers. You enable each payment method separately and can try it in test mode first.

Yes. Every credit purchase automatically creates a consecutively numbered invoice showing the payment method and transaction number. You check the VAT ID of EU business customers in one click and apply reverse charge for them with a suitable note. German small businesses can invoice under § 19 UStG. Each month you download all invoices as a ZIP and a statement for each payment provider.

You connect your own WhatsApp number to the portal with a QR code. New orders, tickets and customer messages then arrive as WhatsApp messages on your phone. If you reply by quoting the message, your reply appears in the right order or ticket, photos included. You choose which alerts are sent, and each team member decides whether to receive them. The connection occasionally needs to be scanned again.

You don’t have to switch everything at once. Your customers sign up via your new link themselves; your team can also create existing customers directly and carry over their balance with a note. We set up your service catalogue with you. We’ll clarify in a call whether and how data from your current system can be transferred.
