Calibration Intelligence is the automation in your Tuningserver.works portal: suitable orders are processed automatically, and the finished file goes to your customer after the waiting time you set. Slave files from Autotuner and KESS3 come back ready to flash.

Your customers upload a master file, choose a stage and add-on options and download the finished file. You decide who may use the builder.
Automatic processing can make mistakes in individual cases. Your customers see this note in the portal too.

What happens if an order doesn’t fit?
It goes to your team as usual, and nothing is charged for the automation. Your team can see in the order that the automation could not handle it and can restart it with one click if needed.

You need your own Autotuner or Alientech account. We enable the feature for your portal, and you decide per customer who may order slave files.
What does the automation cost?
The automation is billed from a separate balance that you buy in advance. We’ll discuss the terms with you personally.
Frequently asked questions
Does the automation process every file?
No. It only processes orders that match its options. All others go to your team as usual, and nothing is charged for the automation.
Can I switch the automation off at any time?
Yes. You switch it on and off in your portal settings, separately for master and slave files.
Is the tuning builder available for slave files?
Not yet. The builder works with master files. Slave files from Autotuner and KESS3 go through normal orders, with background automation if you like.
